I have read it and tried some of the writing exercises. I found them helpful and the writing style was witty. The exercises are a mix of practical things, like going for a walk or visiting a beach, and creative activities like re-writibg a scene from a different character’s point of view to give you a different perspective. Or even just taking a day off.
The exercises are arranged in 53 chapters of daily exercises, a year of inspiration to get your brain revving.
